The weight loss and weight management programs are designed to bring a structured schedule, good life habits and allow flexibility in follow up for patients. Some patients will want a longer follow up period after the initial high support phase, and further guidance in long term exercise programs, others are able to stick with a routine, and only need the initial high support phase. All programs are designed with more support in the critical initial support phases. All programs may feature outdoor exercises.



12 month program:
$1650.00: 
22 one hour session structured plan.
week one:               3
 one hour sessions on nonconsecutive days
weeks 2 -3:             2
 one hour sessions on nonconsecutive days
weeks 4 - 6:            one hour session each week
weeks 7, 9 and 11: one hour session every other week 
months 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12:

9 month program:

19 hour session structured plan.

Total = 36 one hour sessions. Depending on the start dates, you will be prepped for various athletic challenges that may interest you. Don't even THINK about this program, unless you are serious and seriously capable of exceptional exercise challenges. Your mind must be incredibly determined and body must be very resilient.

Rejuvenator program refresher:
175.00: 
After your program ends and you are finally on your own, once a month, you can get an exercise program update, sequencing and using the exercises you will have come to know and understand. The Rejuvenator program is done on Tuesdays or Thursdays, and lasts one hour. You will be well on your way to Being In Life!
 


Please note! Great care and research has gone into developing these programs, based on medical practice and the science of exercise program design, using the latest research in weight loss. The only way to absolutely guarantee weight loss success is placing you in a 100% controlled environment. Gulags, concentration camps and prisons meet this description. You are not going there. You are going home, to work and adding exercise, to your daily living schedule. While your exercise sessions with your personal trainer will be monitored, you will have to do some exercise on your own, and eventually most of your exercise on your own. In addition, your caloric intake is not monitored -- this is solely your responsibility, once Dr. Bowen has carefully assessed your caloric needs. You will be able to add additional exercise sessions and medical consultations for an additional cost. Participants will have a dietary log, and an exercise log to accurately track independent progress. We provide the ladder, climbing that ladder is something only you can do.
